Screen worn and screen matched in Benidorm TV Series 1 costume signed - KATE
This is a rare item from the very first series back in 2007 worn by Abigail Cruttenden as Kate Weedon
The shirt has been signed personally by Kate . It is in good used filming condition, there is a small mark below the signature . Also the item would benefit from a light steam or light press to remove some of the creases from storage .
Worn in series 1 and screen matched by the alignment of the patterns on it .
it was worn in series 1, episode 2 , its possible it was worn in other episodes though I haven’t noticed yet . It’s worn in the following scenes that I noticed :
- It’s worn at the start of the episode when Martin is trying to watch tv when Kate comes and pulls the plug to discuss what a mistake it was coming to Benidorm .
- when Kate and Martin start to head to the beach , and when Kate suddenly changes her mind after seeing Mateo, before going over to Donald and Jacqueline
I have also listed the shirt worn by Martin in the same scenes .
The item was originally sourced from an extra who worked on the show. Happy to provide a letter of authenticity attested to this if required.
Incredibly rare that anything comes up from the early series , let alone the very first series .
